Disorganized
Celtic Woman put on an amazing show! The issue wasn't with Celtic Woman but with CHI, who were disorganized in unlocking phones at the end of the event. Taking the phones initially was a problem as well. There were no clocks in the stadium, making it difficult to know when the show would begin. Following the show, there were no unlocking stations for devices set up. Staff were sent out randomly and the line kept moving. This led to people breaking open cases or taking them. It was poorly executed for a rule of such importance.
